Spring Awakening sound bath with Cacao
A spring awakening sound journey to connect with the energy of the arrival of spring , set intentions for the season and open your heart with a beautiful cup of ceremonial Cacao .
Using gongs , bowls , voice , strings and other instruments you will taken on a journey through varying sonic landscapes to connect , release and help create deep stillness .
Just bring a mat(s) , cushions and blankets to be comfortable lying for an hour . Chairs are also available at the event if preferred. It is a wonderful opportunity to nourish and rest the body .
